(Hosting-NewsWire.com, July 07, 2013 ) Salt Lake City, UT -- In line with Video Genesis’ pre-launch period, IMSoup has released a detailed Video Genesis Review. The creative team behind Video Genesis, Andy Jenkins and Mike Filsaime created Video Genesis to help students identify the best video type to use for their specific situation. Video Genesis is a four video series and the first video was released during the pre-launch period of Video Genesis on June 18.
To help students with the Video Genesis training, Andy and Mike released on the Video Genesis blog a special instructional video. This video talks about Video Genesis in general what it is all about, how is it beneficial and why it is priced the way it is. Basically, Video Genesis is a resource guide of information on how to make quality videos PERIOD! Video Genesis is a recipe guide that is combination of animation, live video and screen capture. Filsaime and Jenkins have spent a lot of time and money creating Video Genesis and their collaboration has brought their A-Game product to the video marketing industry.
The first video of Video Genesis released during the pre-launch period highlight “what not to do” in a video. They talked about the 34 mistakes in marketing videos and explain how to correct each. When Andy and Mike brainstormed on Video Genesis, they identified 101 mistakes found in marketing videos. However, in their pre-launch video they narrowed it down to 34. According to Andy Jenkins, you don’t need fancy new equipment to make quality videos. By just tweaking your audio and video software, camera white balance settings and other little things that have been overlooked will already help improve the quality of your videos.
Video Genesis is based on Video Boss but instead of summarizing Video Boss, the duo simply created “recipes” and checklist for each of the 13 video types such as Keynote, Doodle, Powerpoint, Talking Head, Animation, etc. The goal of Video Genesis is to teach students what type of marketing video is best for their situation and then give simple yet detailed recipes to follow for creating them. These recipes will be a combination of technical instructions on how to make videos and extensive instructions regarding content and marketing strategies.
