(Hosting-NewsWire.com, July 07, 2013 ) Salt Lake City, Utah -- In conjunction with Video Genesis’ pre-launch period, IMsoup has released a comprehensive review of the upcoming product. Video Genesis is the much talked about product created by Andy Jenkins and Mike Filsaime. The pre-launch period of Video Genesis started on June 18th and during this pre-launch video, the first video of the four part series was released. The second video followed shortly on June 21 and all four videos will be released when the product starts selling on July 8.
The first video of Video Genesis covers the 34 mistakes found in marketing videos. It is a video within a video where Jenkins and Filsaime point out the mistakes that are commonly found in marketing videos. These mistakes are spotted one by one and the duo explains how to correct each mistake. At the end of the video, Jenkins and Filsaime explain that you don’t need fancy equipment to have quality marketing videos. By correcting or tweaking your audio and video software for example, the quality of your videos can improve exceptionally.
When Andy and Mike brainstormed on Video Genesis, they identified 101 mistakes found in marketing videos. However, in their pre-launch video they narrowed it down to 34.
To help students start their video training with a bang, Jenkins and Filsaime released a special instructional video on the Video Genesis blog. This video talks about Video Genesis in general what it is all about, how is it beneficial and why it is priced the way it is. Basically, Video Genesis is a resource guide of information on how to make quality videos PERIOD! It is a four video series which is a combination of animation, live video and screen capture. Filsaime and Jenkins have spent a lot of time and money creating Video Genesis and their collaboration doesn’t fall short.
Video Genesis is based on Video Boss but instead of summarizing Video Boss, the duo simply created “recipes” and checklist for each of the 13 video types such as Keynote, Doodle, Powerpoint, Talking Head, Animation, etc. The goal of Video Genesis is to teach students what type of marketing video is best for their situation and then give simple yet detailed recipes to follow for creating them. These recipes will be a combination of technical instructions on how to make videos and extensive instructions regarding content and marketing strategies.
